Empowerment of girl Child (Children) through Education is our priority
BDBE society has been at the service of educating the rural children with the motto “Committed to Enlighten” Our allegiance towards the education over the four decades is, beginning to bear fruit. It is very much encouraging to notice that many of the rural youth from Jawalgera, Manvi, Maski, Mudgal, Gurugunta, Kushatagi, Siruguppa and Sindhanur have completed graduation and few of them post graduation. This is certainly through the concerted efforts of all our institutions and the staffs who tirelessly strive, imparting skill based education to the students who enter the portals of our institutions. In the recent years our education Society has started schools in the villages with the sole purpose of uplifting the marginalized especially the girl children with Education.

Bellary Diocese Board of Education, is a registered, non-profitable, non-governmental, educational organisation engaged in education and imparting educational skills for the students mostly in the towns and villages of Bellary, Raichur and Koppal districts.
The Higher Educational Institutions managed by BDBE have been in the forefront of higher education in the Diocese of Bellary. The Institutions managed by BDBE have emerged as major centres for learning. They have been at the service of the poor and the marginalized through their admission policy of preferential option.
The aim of our society is committed to Enlighten which consists of: i. Competence ii. Commitment and iii. Compassion. These notions of academic excellence are also based on three important transformative practices, namely: a. Critical thinking b. Cultural sensitivity and c. Equal opportunities to all.
